Animal Care and Use Procedures (ACUPs) - IACUC
These ACUPs are produced and enforced to ensure the welfare of animals used in research and teaching at Cornell University. They ensure that high quality care is provided for all research animals, and that they are used in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. Cornell faculty, researchers and their staff, animal facility personnel, and students must comply with these ACUPs. Any exemption must be approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) prior to its application.
Please feel free to reference and use these ACUPs as needed but if you reference them in lectures, publications, etc. give credit where credit is due. Thank you.
These ACUPs are in PDF format; you can download a free reader from Adobe.
